Delivery and Shipping: 

How do I check the status of my order? 


You can check your order status by logging into your account and selecting the “My Orders” option. You can also track your order via the tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. 


What is the estimated delivery time? 


It depends! If your order is made-to-order, this time can vary. If your order is in stock, we can ship in 3-5 business days. Personalized jewelry ships in 2-4 weeks.


Can I return my order? 


Yes! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Take a look at our Return Policy. 



Do you offer gift options? 


Yes! We offer gift wrapping and gift messages. You can select gift wrapping at checkout. If you have any special requests, we can try our best to accommodate them at the relevant extra costs. Write to us at [email protected]


Can I change my shipping address? 


Yes! Contact us as soon as you can at [email protected] to be assisted. 


How will my order be shipped to me? 


All orders are processed through USPS. 


Will my order require a signature? 


Orders below $200 do not require a signature. Orders above $200 require a signature.


Do you offer expedited shipping? 

It depends! If your order is made-to-order, then shipping time will vary. You can write to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you. If your order is in stock, then we can offer expedited shipping at relevant rates. 


How long does it take for returns and exchanges to be processed? 


Returns take approximately 1-2 weeks to be processed. After we have processed your return, your financial institution may take 5-10 days to process your refund. 


Do you offer payment plans?


Yes! You can email us at [email protected] to plan your purchase 6 months in advance, paying in 6 installments. Your product will be delivered to you once your payment is complete. If you need longer, get in touch with us and we will work with you to figure something out! 

 

Jewelry Care: 

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower? 


Sterling silver (white) and real gold products can be worn in the shower. Vermeil in gold or rose cannot be worn in the shower. 


Can I get my ring resized? 


We can resize your ring at an extra cost. Costs vary based on your product but as a base line, it costs $45 to resize sterling silver rings and $60 for gold rings. These fees include shipping. 



What does the guarantee card tell me? 


The guarantee card that comes with your purchase will tell you the contents and weights of any precious metals/stones used in the making of your product.

What if my jewelry needs to be repaired (e.g a stone has fallen out)? 


We are happy to repair and service your jewelry for its lifetime. Within 30 days of purchase, we will repair your product for free. After 30 days, we will charge a small fee of $45 for sterling silver jewelry and $60 for gold, inclusive of shipping. Of course, repair costs may vary based on the damage, but we promise to communicate with you about any and all costs that may arise.
